At Raqs, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. To request one, email us at hello@raqs.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 6366772207 with your order number.

Condition

The garment must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact, in its original packaging. Items missing tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

We'll arrange a free reverse pickup for your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll process your requested refund or replacement. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
